My first clients wanted to find their home in an Active Adult community. Back then, there were three known communities in central Virginia. I knew immediately that this was the market I needed to focus on as the baby boomers were slowly, but surely, going to change the market. Since then, this specialized 55+ communities has grown significantly. My clients are happily living in Chesterfield, Richmond, Henrico and Hanover counties, New Kent and Williamsburg!

As a Realtor, I have helped Buyers and Sellers by listening to their needs and wants. I negotiate the best deal for them, connect them with the best lenders, inspectors, attorneys and closing agents, and work on making each transaction as smooth process.
